This hospital is fairly new at weightloss surgery, The beds were terrible, but they did everything possible to make me comfortable. It was hard to answer the phone, the way it was situated on the bed. One of the nurses made a special effort to find a different phone and make it easier to answer. All in all I was please with my care At ST.LUKES

My day nurse was totally unprofessional and also showed little sensitivity to the small details, like forgetting to turn off my light or close the door when she left the room. But my night nurse was fabulous and I was always sad to see the sun come up cause I knew she would be leaving. The hospital was very nice though, all private rooms, carpeted, comfortable and cozy. All the controls for everything from my tv, some lights, the mattress firmness and to my drapes were right there on the bed rail.
