The staff was very caring and concerned, and they tried to make me as comfortable as possible.

They have special beds for WLS so that helped out a great deal! Also they have extra large gowns for people that need them. The staff had a lot of knowledge on WLS. So it was anice expereince!

I sat in the recovery room for more than 7 hours because they gave my private room to someone else. I didn't mind because that person had just had a heart attack. But laying up in a recovery room and them telling you your room will be ready in 20min for 7 hours wasn't cool at all.

The nursing staff in my opinion was very responsive to the calls. They came even when not called to check on me.

The staff is comforting and professional, and the facility has everything a patient could possibly need. I'd recommend St. Luke's to anybody contemplating bariatric or any other type of surgery.

I felt that my surgeon, being the chief director of the Ctr for Weight Loss Surgery, made very sure that ALL of his patients are treated with the utmost respect and care. I also feel each individual patient is responsible for their own attitudes and actions as well. You get what you give out! I was treated very very well by the staff.

MY STAY WAS EXCELLENT. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE NURSE WHO ONLY CARED ABOUT GOING HOME INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP ME TO THE BAATHROOM. ONE BAD SEED COULD NOT MAKE THIS STAY ANY DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER STAY I HAD WITH THIS HOSPITAL.

I found all staff to be caring and cooperative. There was always a quick response when the call button was used and staff was always friendly.

My only issue was with nursing staff on final day of stay. Different staff that did not want to assist with any type of care. Other than that...care was responsive and respectful.

Unfortunately, I had the roomate from hell! LOL
