After weight-loss surgery, it's important to stick to a healthy meal plan, and routine. Eating what's healthiest for your body is one of the most important steps in reaching your weight-loss goals.

So I am sticking to my weight loss diet.  I am having eggs, fruits, and a vegetable.  It’s important to start with the protein like eggs or fish because you don’t want to fill up on fruits and veggies first.  So raise a paw if your proud of me for sticking to my weight loss diet.

OH you, looking good, yep!

You think so?

Yep.  Let’s eat.

Ok, but there’s just one problem.  You see, you sat in my seat.  That’s my food. Since we are eating what’s healthiest for our bodies, you get this delicious kibble.  And just like my food, you need to make sure you chew it very well.

Whoa, whoa , whoa!  That’s mine K.

That’s mine…you sat in my seat.

This is not fair at all!

I’m sorry, but this is healthiest for you.

Look! The dark humanity!

Come on buddy, it’s not that bad.

You wouldn’t know, you don’t have to eat this.

Are you done? Can we eat?
