NSV in unusual places

Today's NSV came when my dental hygenist looked into my mouth and told me how great my gums looked. She said that because the diabetes is gone and I'm off the meds, any inflammation that was in my mouth had subsided. In other words, thank you RNY for yet another unexpected NSV...oh and I could breathe and talk with the chair reclined as well...

Isn't it wild how many conditions are linked to obesity. At my sleep clinic they said they get a lot of people in 1 year after surgery to see if they still have sleep apnea, and a lot don't.

My skin is much better since losing 25 lbs. My Rosacea isn't as bad and I think it's because my face isn't as full and maybe I'm not eating the spicy or rich food that I was.

nice. Maybe you had a sensitivity to something in the food...I don't eat any processed carbs anymore, so MUCH has changed in my body. I actually have a waist now.
