Surgery Next Wednesday Aug 22nd !!!
I have been so busy with work I have not had time to sit and think about upcomming surgery. I am home alone today and hubby is working. I am suprisingly calm and looking forward to this upcomming week. Strangly I am going to miss Opti as I really like it. It keeps me full and I think it tastes good. I am feeling great...I have lost 10 lbs. Its amazing how losing a little weight makes you feel so good 
next Wed. will be here before you know it!!! I go for surgery on Mon. and I will definitely not miss the Opti!!!! Have lost 11 pounds so far but needed MOM this morning so when that works I imagine will have lost more LOL...Good luck on Wed.--where are you going for surgery? I will be at HRRH.

I too am one of those strange beings that likes the Optifast, especially the vanilla. Go figure! I certainly won't have any leftovers!
