Its been a looooong time since i have been on here.. but i just thought i would share some updates since the last time.. my surgeon appt was June 17th .. everything went amazing i met with Dr.Hong.. Krista called me from St.Joes and my nutrition class is spet 27... i start my opti on Oct 3rd.. Dr.Gmora is doing my RNY.. then Krista calls me back a few days later and tells me to start my opti on sept 30th because my surgery has been moved up to Oct 16th :)

Congrats on getting your date! I have the same date as you - in Toronto, though.

All the best on Optifast! Question about the start date - I'm on 2 weeks of opti, and I calculated a start date of October 2nd (14 days of Opti, up to and including the day before surgery, October 15th). Are you on something else for a couple of days before surgery (i.e. clear fluids only)? Just want to make sure I didn't mess my timing up, LOL!
