Post-op day 1

I had my lapband removed and RNY yesterday.

There were a lot of adhesions from my band.

Feels like I've done 1 million sit ups.

I had a very rough night. My heart rate is very high, and the machine beeps everything it gets past a certain number. I feel extremely nauseous and dizzy and confused. It is very hard to move. They just sent me for X-rays as I think they want to rule anything out because my heart rate and BP is so high. They said it can also be related to pain. I expected these few days to be hard. I am in extra fluids and meds, the morphine is the only way I can sleep, I walked around last night but felt so sick I had to go back to bed.

Otherwise I am relieved to be on the losers bench.
