the last two days I was in a horrible mood and wanted to eat everything in site. Was at risk for a "f-it" moment BUT I planned my food, posted it here and I just sat in the anxiety today. Amazing - I did not give in and my mood has now lifted. The old me would have totally had a binge. Slowly but surely my fat brain is losing her hold on me.

That's a LOT to be proud of. Way to be in control and decide who you want to be. Amazing! So inspirational.

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.

You have been in my thoughts. Although I have been experiencing more hunger, I am, for the most part, not tempted and am still feeling restrictions. We went camping for a week and there were lots of snacks, but I stuck to protein, cucumber and tomato.

I know that I will be going through something similar and am relying on this time to form the good habits I need moving forward. I still have a fat brain and fat eyes that views myself at times negatively, then I remember that I'm doing so well in such a short time. Remember the medium t-shirt and size 12 dress ... and mostly the feeling of health and freedom as you play with your kids.

I like the saying on someone's message signature that says something like, "People may not see what you eat in private, but they will see it". Keep fighting, keep exploring, keep sharing, and keep succeeding. You ARE doing fantastic.
