Weight loss buddy in Dayton, OH area?

I am 2 months post op.   Other than my husband I have no support nearby.  This is a hard journey to be on and some local support would be great.  

I am in the area, but I am 6 years out., so if you are specifically looking for someone still losing or early out from surgery, that would definitely disqualify me!  Feel free to PM me.

I live in Trotwood and know several people who had the same dr. Dr. Bruce performed my surgery on 9/6/06. I would love to support you on your journey. I am blessed to have several members of my family who also had weight loss surgery (sister, son, step-sister, several cousins) boy were we an overweight family nlol. All but one cousin is succrssful.

I am not exactly sure where trot wood is... I know some where nearby...lol. I am in Beavercreek.  I come from a heavy set family too.  The only person besides me that had any type of wls is my mom. She had he stomached stapled when I was so little I hardly remember.  Unfortunately, it didn't keep the weight off for her.  She has ridden the roller coaster off weightloss and gain.  If you ever want to meet up though we could find a mid point somewhere and walk a mall.  I wish you luck on your wls journey as well.

My family is just the opposite. Seems like I'm the only one with weight issues other than my grandma who passed away in 08. My mom was kinda heavy when I was younger, but she's really skinny now. 

I was average weight till I moved away from family.  I think I got so down and missed them so much that I ate my emotions.

I live in Beavercreek also!  I had my surgery in Florida though.  My husband is in the military, so that's why were here now.  I had my surgery 2 1/2 years ago, but I would love to support you on your journey!
