Good morning all and happy long weekend eve!  My weekend plans are walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip (when I said I would do this every year to maintain my new lifestyle I didn't actually mean it . . . ugh) I'm hoping to be out of the hospital in time to take a seat on my lounge chair and watch fireworks from my back yard.  Is it wrong to go back to work with a tan??

KQOTD:  My go to is my tomato, cucumber, avocado salad with feta cheese.  It's all sorts of yummy . . . I use a light italian dressing and it blends with the feta and gets creamy . . . Ugh now I'm hungry. . .

My Plan:  Now I don't want you all to be jealous of my menu for the day

B: broth and plain ordinary decaf coffee (otherwise known as "why bother")

L:  Broth and protein water (I'm on clears today and think Isopure is vile, so I'm trying Atkins Lift protein water.  Its Whey Isolate, 20g per bottle and 90 cal.  If it works for me, it will be a staple over the next few weeks

D: Broth and protein water

S: vanilla fish juice (aka Impact recovery shakes x3 . . . or as many as I can drink down)

Totals:  Why bother??????????

Good morning from Reno.....UGH.... I hate this place and I am furiously doing everything I can to escape.  I'm in the process of packing, I found a less expensive place to live, but I'm torn between just running back to Oregon now with my meager savings and hoping for the best, or sticking it out a few more months and giving myself a better cushion.  Big decisions, not to mention, moving when you're single is a pain in the butt.  I hired guys to load the truck, but all the packing -- yuck.

I'm just a big 'ol ray of sunshine today

QOTD: I make a variety of things, I love to grill, ribs are my specialty.  Fruit trifle is good at a BBQ, in my opinion.  A nice meaty 7 layer bean dip, grilled jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon, the list goes on.

B: Poached egg and the open yogurt sitting next to me I'm not eating

L: Soup

D: BBQ chicken

Everyone have a great day!
