Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!

QOTD: This year for my birthday (which was in June), my daughter took me out to a nice restaurant for prime rib which was so delicious! I also allowed myself to have a piece of cheesecake and counted it in my fitness pal.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 70, Calories - 773, Carbs - 53.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: pulled chicken

D: chicken alfredo

S: light & fit Greek yogurt, prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

E: walking the dogs around the subdivision

Teena you look fantastic!!

Weight is way up this morning - too much going out to eat. Calories haven't been horrible (except for yesterday), but too much sodium and too many carbs. Back at it today. Thankfully there's no restaurant eating on my calendar for awhile!!

QOTD: on birthdays we usually just go out for dinner. I don't think I've had a cake since surgery, although now that I'm in maintenance, i'll sometimes have a small piece (or half of piece) of other people's birthday cakes. I don't want any in my house, though. The leftovers could be problematic....

B: Greek yogurt, raspberries, 1/4 of a mango

S: coffee with half & half, SF vanilla pumpkin latte protein/Miralax shake

L: Emiepie egg salad on a FlatOut FoldIt

D: I'm thinking fish and coleslaw made with sesame-miso vinaigrette

Just a curiousity question, cake doesnt make you dump? Not that I have plans for cake anytime soon, but if there is ever a time I could have it when I get to goal, I dont want to wind up in massive pain on the floor.....LOl
