Morning all... I am already sitting at my desk at work and have been since 4:30 this morning. I have meetings all week and my mind would not shut off so I figured I might as well just come into the office and be productive.

QOTD: Fun Incredibles fact. Brad Bird the directed of the movie's wife is from a town close to mine. Her brother who was the voice of the principal in the movie is a local musician who has been friends with my husband for years.... Onto what movie I would love to see a remake of I can't think of one... but if I do I will come back and edit my post.

Food for the day.

B: hard boiled egg white and breakfast ham

L: don't know what they are serving at the meeting

D: Sausage with peppers and onions

Have a great day friends...

Good morning!

i don't know what's going on but I feel super low energy lately. Last night I was in bed at 8:30 and I didn't even have the energy to finish my mile run at the gym. I'm not skipping vitamins and I'm targeting about 80g of protein a day.

Qotd: most movies I would want a sequel for have had one and I was super disappointed! I can't think of anything I'd want a sequel for that hasn't had one...

breakfast: coffee w/premier

lunch: 3 oz rotisserie chicken on a salad of spinach, cucumber, tomato, and 2 tbsp ranch dressing

dinner: on my own. Might just be a tuna creations packet and string cheese

I haven't been including this on my menu, but I do log it in MFP, but I have been having some yogurt as a snack at night to hit a higher protein goal of 80g

I agree with you. Most sequels are lame or just plain awful. Incredibles 2 sounds fun though, and I definitely will watch it to see.

I can't remember if you've had your labs done recently? Also, are you getting in plenty of water?

I get my labs done for the first time post op in August (6 months), but they said if I felt like I was having issues before that they could be sooner. It's just been the last few days, so I'm somewhat hesitant to jump the gun and say something is wrong. I was also active and outdoors all weekend, and didn't sleep well Sunday night, which could easily explain the low energy yesterday. I'll definitely keep a log and see if it's an ongoing thing.

water could be better but I do at least get the minimum 64 oz, though I usually aim for 80-100. I haven't been getting much more than the minimum the last few days.

Definitely something to monitor. If you can increase the water and see if it helps at all.

Happy Tuesday - 6 more student days... I think I can, I think I can. This school year just keeps dragging on.

QOTD: I am not a huge movie fan and off the top of my head I cannot think of a sequel to a movie I have seen.

I am a little low on protein today - I may tweak that some time by adding a protein shake in the afternoon.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

QOTD: i don't have an answer for that one, can't think of anything offhand.

food for today:

chicken gizzards

coffee with prot powder

roasted cauliflower

not sure on dinner I'm going to the gym so maybe just have sandwiches and make DH cheese nacho's? I don't know figure something out

gym is either spin class in a different town or weights at mine- depends how I feel and where I want to drive.
