JB, no envy here for your upcoming week. No one would want me to put in their floors. I'm much better cooking for them. You will get so much exercise so that's a benefit. So nice of you to do this for your mother.

QOTD: I'm not much of a movie fan so can't think of any I would like to see a sequel.

I will be working on a quilt I'm giving as a gift. This morning I experimented with various stitches to use.

There's a new product selling here called Sola. There are protein bars, ice cream, yogurt and sweetener. I bought 2 protein bars and 2 Greek yogurts. Tried one of the yogurts and it is good. Sola uses a sweetener that works differently than others. Can't remember the details.

B: Quiche; Sola Greek yogurt

L: Protein shake

S: Sola protein bar

D: Roast pork; carrots; potato - leftovers from Sunday

Anyone have problems with microwaved meat? Meat that is reheated via the MW never tastes right to me. I will reheat dinner in the oven.

B: coffee with premiere protein

I loved Fiddler on the Roof! Also, I saw it with my parents on Broadway when I was a kid - it was superb.

I'm asking for prayers, I'm really depressed today about finances this month. Don't have enough money to pay my bills and yesterday the dr wouldn't sign off for me to donate plasma. It really kicked me in the teeth. Pray I don't go down the suicide path again.

I just got up at 2:30 pm eastern time. Don't feel like eating or drinking.

Yvonne, I'm sorry to read this. Money doesn't buy happiness and can't guarantee health, but not having enough for basics is incredibly rough and deeply stressful. Would you consider approaching your church for help? There is a Catholic group called the Society of St. Vincent de Paul which does a lot of very practical good for people who find themselves in difficult spots. If you are willing, a shout out to them really might help:

Please hang in there. Keep us posted. I will be thinking of you.

It's hard sometimes to ask for help, but I'm sure your church would step into the gap if you let them. Please ask. Will be praying for your situation.
