I tried the cinnamon sunflower butter kind and just ordered the vanilla cinnamon one (should arrive next week). It is pretty dry and very crunchy in my opinion.

I just ordered it. I figured what the hell. I love granola and I read the (good and bad) Amazon reviews so I'm being realistic. I like the stats, so we'll see!

The only thing I have to be careful of is the portion size. I have to take out a portion and put the bag way back in the pantry (top shelf way in the back that I need a step stool to reach) so I have to really work at it to get more- LOL.

Great idea pre-portioning and storing it up high! I'll have to remember that!

Good morning everyone! Today is going to be a great day. Its going to be near 100 today and its really smokey out due to the wildfires.

I found a really cute swimsuit yesterday at JC Penny. It was $22. It's going to be perfect for water aerobics. It is a size 10, which still seems weird to me. I still feel like that girl who wears a 24. I am really hoping the water aerobics helps me firm up. I feel kind of saggy lately.

Food for today-

2 cups black coffee with miralax

2 eggs and 1/2 c. cottage cheese

chomps for my 11 am break

4 oz shredded chicken with salsa

grilled halibut with lemon and capers. ( My son is making smoked tri tip, but I am trying to stay away from a lot of red meat. I want to keep my calories low)

660 calories 5 carbs 97 protein

Lots of water and vitamins always!

Be safe, that smoke/ash is no joke. The last few days haven't been as bad here.

Unless we've had plastic surgery,if we're successful here we're saggy too. Don't worry--you're not alone there! But just think how much stronger and healthier we are too! Go us!!

G'morning all.

I feel kinda proud so many people wanna live in Italy. It's a beautiful country but like any other place it depends where you are...location, location, location. I know I'm biased but Tuscany is the best of all worlds in Italy.

QOTD: I would love to live on Kauai. For me it's paradise on earth. Not as hot as the other islands and gets rain every day. I've been telling DH we should get a home there but he says then we are forced to go there every summer. He'd rather rent and have the freedom to go other places if we chose to. It also includes no maintenance.

Accountabilty: had 2 extra yogurts yesterday. Craving sweets.

Tuscany is definitely where I'd want to live.
