I thought this might be helpful to people (inside Elina's post about vets' knowledge).

People started listing what they kept on hand at work for 'emergencies' rather than going to the snack machines or fast food.

I bet us noobs would benefit from y'all's knowledge!

Jerky, tuna, nuts.

It's hard with all the donuts, pizza, birthday cakes and junk that are brought in.

I used to eat it all and then some. Now, I sit at my desk, salivate and gnaw on jerky.......

unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Fage Total 2% plain yogurt
100 calorie packs of nuts (I can't be trusted with a bigger container)
eggs (I have an electric skillet at work)
salad & fixings
balsamic vinegar & macadamia nut oil
instant coffee
Premier protein shakes
frozen veggies

This was a fantastic question and I'm fortunate to work in an office that allows me to have just about anything I have at home, here at work.
