VSG on 09/13/12

I have been working at losing as much as I can before surgery, and this morning, 199.8. Yes, I have hit onederland. One of my goals was to hit it before surgery. I haven't seen a number on the scale that low in a long, long time. Thanks to all of you out there who are a big encouragement to me. Your words of wisdom help me stay focused.

Congratulatonis! Every pound off now is one more you don't have to lose later. My goal was 200 for surgery. I made 200 before the 2 week pre-op, so actually went in to surgery at 187. Down 7 more in the 2 weeks post-op. I am hoping for 10 pounds a month, at least for the first few months.

Thanks everyone, it feels great to be shrinking. I am so looking forward to getting my sleeve as it will give me the chance to get back to a healthier weight. It will also be so cool to be more active when I get to spend time with my grandchildren.
