Cricket flour- anyone try it?

Just saw a blurb on a tv show about Cricket flour. Sounds gross, but the guy who tried it on the show liked it in banana bread. 10g protein and less than 2 carbs, 90 cals. Anyone here try it? Hubby is repulsed by it, but hell- I will try anything with a decent nutritional profile. Especially one that lets me do baked good again-

It totally looked like flour though- nothing nasty looking at all. The guy who tried it prior to knowing what it was thought the bread was terrific, albeit he seemed a little repulsed after he saw what he just ate.

We have a cricket farm near us.  I've never tried the protien for eating, but they sell the cricket poop as a fertilizer.  It called Fas and is terrific!

There are just some things that are not necessary to have.  WHY???  Somewhere in your world you can find a way to have something baked without resorting to this.

It's a HELL NO sort of thing.
