For years, or really for my whole teen/adult life, I have avoided the camera. In recent years I've managed to take some strategically posed selfies, because I was the only person I trusted to take a picture I could manage for anyone else to see.

Well, today I let someone else take a picture of me in a bathing suit. This is huge for me. And the best part was, I felt pretty damn good about it.
