DIET POWER
Pros:
Excellent adaptation capabilities.
You control everything.
No confusion with what was added to food and recipe areas with those by other users.
Cons:
PC only
NOT web based
No App
Been using this program for YEARS. Pretty simple yet can be made very flexible to meet your needs. It adapts to your habits. As an example, if you constantly under estimate your intake, it will lower other factors such as metabolic rate accordingly as it builds a weight history to compare to. Provides data on the best food to eat based on how much you have entered already. As an example, you are at the end of the day and your goal is to get in 1200 calories and you also have your macro nutrients established it will help show you what foods you should eat to get you the most bang for the calories left. Keeps a calorie back and calculates in exercise calories.
