OK so drumroll please. I have gone from 460 pounds on May 20th to 356 pounds today. 4 months and 10 days to lose a total of 104 pounds. What an awesome way to start the work week. Thanks to everyone here that has helped keep me on track and focused. Here's to the next 100.

I dont know that Im a great role model lol , but my 2 cents are to figure out how to stay on plan. I had this great ability to think that the rules didnt apply to me. So that caused some angst for me. It wasn't until I owned up to not following the perfectly good written plan provided by my surgery center that I empowered myself to take control. Many of us lose weight in the beginning because we have no choice. Sometimes we mistake that as being in control Had the surgery and lost weight right?  BUT when you have a real lot to lose you need to take the next step follow the plan and get the exercise in. I'm certain you are doing great and can reach your goal!
