It's official...I woke up this morning and saw 199 on that dreaded thing I have been fighting with for weeks now. I seriously wanted to cry. First weight loss victory I wanted to accomplish! I appreciate all the encouraging words and putting up with my whining from the last post lol. Another victory I accomplished last night - I ran. Not a hard core sprint but I alternated walking fast and jogging on the treadmill last night.

Today is gonna be awesome!!!

Congrats on Onderland!  I remember my scale giving me a hard time when I was sooo close!

Also, congrats on the running.  Feels great to be able to just go, doesn't it?  I have done 2 5k races this spring with more scheduled for this summer.  I can't run the entire thing, but just completing them and getting a better time each race is enough.  It shows how much I am improving.

Best part is to come back in a few months and revisit these accomplishments.  I looked through my post history a few weeks ago and got a walk through all of the NSVs and scale victories of the last 9.5 months.

Coongrsts - IMHO, stay off the scale for a week so the next reading is farther away form 200.

Good luck.

Congratulations!    Sometimes it is nice to have people to whine to and let them encourage you along the way.  We all hit plateaus and we all break them.   Its that victory of seeing the scale move again that makes it all worth while.    Keep doing what you are doing!
