Another two thumbs up for Patch MD

Chris, I work out a lot and sweat profusely.  These things stay put.  I shower with them on all of the time, no problem there either.  I asked the same question about Iron and Calcium patches together.  Since they aren't taken orally, I think it's ok to take at the same time.  Hala may be able to explain this better.  :)  I've been patching up at the same time... Bedtime is another option, though some people may get a tiny burst of energy with the B12.??  Good luck!

Hi Chris,

I use the Multi, Glucosamine, Vitamin D3/Calcuium and B12. When I get back from the gym in the evening I shower and put them on my shoulders, back and hip. I take them off before I hit the gym the next day.  If you find they fall off (but sounds like they don't) you can put them on before bed and then take them off just before shower at the gym.     They worked great for me and my labs have been great too

Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm 10 weeks post op and having a hard time tolerating supplements (nausea) and the chewables make me gag. I asked my doctor about these and they said there's not any studies to prove their effectiveness, but I read nothing but positive messages here.

I'm probably going to give them a try anyway.

I had the exact same issue - found myself either skipping some or gagging so bad trying to get them down. I will be 3 months post op on Thursday. I now do the multi patch and calcium/vit D patch and B12 injection once a month. I put the patches on in the evening or before bed and take them off in the morning - wear them for about 8-9 hours. I'm hoping for good lab results but won't know until Thursday - I'll circle back then and report the results :)

Good luck! I don't miss those artificial tasting sweet chalky chewables - ugh
