Two NSV for me recently - and a late 1 month update

Most of the comments for me have slowed down from people that know me about my weight loss. I occassionally get "are you done yet? you really dont need to lose any more weight" etc.

For the most part I think I am done. I've been hovering around 175-178 depending on the day and how I eat. I'm in size 32 jeans still simply because I havent made the effort to buy the 30s I really need... I have my pants pulled up just under my belly button, but dont cinch my belt down any more than I do (partly because I'm on my smallest hole lol) but because I have enough skin that it will start to hang over the top/bottom of my waist :\

My under arm pit rolls are gone. I still have some squishy on my back and love handles

Didnt post my 1 year anniversary on May 26

Anyway, my NSVs. Was at a dinner party at my wife's aunts house and some guy that we dont know was talking to her about smoking foods/bbq etc. She was telling him all about some stuff I make, and I overheard him say "him? that guy? how does he know how to make all that food, but only weighs what, 160 or 170 pounds?" inside I was beamimg lol

Yesterday at church I took a photo for the fathers day photo setup just goofing around, and my wife sent it to my father with me in copy. I was honestly shocked at it, and how skinny I looked -- in a good way.

Aside from that, just the same ol same ol for me :)

Hope everyone is doing awesome!

Hi Chris,

There is no better high than all the comments, gasps and looks on peoples faces as we shrink to a size we never dreamed of. It is the best incentive to stay at goal....however once the excitement dies down and everyone is use to the new you, that is when the hard work begins. You have to be your best cheerleader, support system to maintain your weight.

You got this! You look amazing and yes high five your skinny self

Thanks for the update and new photo!

Great job! I'm starting to get the occasional "don't lose too much" comment. Usually made by someone who should lose at least 30 (or much more) lbs. Have to keep it in perspective.
