It hit 114 today in Tucson.

OMG Julie I heard they cancelled flights it was so bad. The news guy had a temp gauge and said it was 150 on the sidewalk. This is nuts....I can just grill my veggies on the sidewalk

119° sitting here in my car in the shade, waiting to pick up my spouse.

It's really not that bad outside, people are just whinging...

I guess it depends on what you're used to; we'd all keel over and die if it ever got that hot here, although we are able to tolerate -30 F weather, lol.

It's 63 F and sunny in my area.

I hated it when people use to say "but it's dry heat" when I lived in the Midwest. But there is a difference. I could not go out when I weighted 330 when it was high humidity. I would get light headed and pass out. It' sucks the life out of you.

Come on up to Southern Ontario! We had some storms come through so it is only about 65 right now!
