Trader Joe's Mahi-Mahi Burgers - I pan-sear them and serve with guacamole on top.

I'm going to have to pick up some of that! I just started making my own tarter sauce that is to die for (light mayo, lemon juice, chopped dill pickle, chopped capers and fresh dill). I will make that to have with the mahi mahi!

I live in NYC so I get lucky finding fat free ricotta .. but KRAFT fat free mozzarella is available almost everywhere. I do love freeze dried milk ( in boxes) and butter buds ( freeze dried butter ) for authentic creamy flavor without the fat . Of course I buy fat free sour cream yogurt and cottage cheese.
