Has anyone had or is suffering from Adhesions and or scar tissue? 23 years post op, I have had multiple stomach surgeries and I suffer from adhesions and scar tissue bad enough to go to the ER.
Suggestions please.

Try:
Hard boiled eggs
Celery with laughing cow cheese
Triple Zero Oikos yogurt
Costoc Protein bars
Sweet small peppers and dip ( light sour cream and onion soup mix)
Turkey sausage ( Butter Ball)
Turkey with Chesse in a Zero Carb taco size wrap, put a pickle in the middle
Not sure about this hospital but, I do know that some big teaching hospital will remove skin for free if u have a certain amount and then donate it to there burn unit..I heard resident plastic surgeons do the procedure???
Lots of investigating needs to be done if anyone chooses to do this.

I buy it at Costco and its $24.99 for 18. When it goes on sale for &19.99 I stock up. Love the chocolate! I either drink as is or I add ****o powder, coconut and ice and blend it.

Only thing I can ever take for pain is Tylenol, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't . A few years ago I hurt my back and like a fool, I took Motrin for 3 days. I had a very bad GI bleed, ended up in ICU for 2 days. What did you take for pain post op?? maybe you can try that?

I had this and then it went away after about 2 months. Just remember...when you get up fast, try and sit a minute until you are sure you are NOT dizzy.
Maybe try and see the doctor sooner then a couple weeks, I know its hard to get in but explain to the office you are having issue and maybe they can squeeze you in sooner.
Try increasing your salt just until you are able to see the doctor.

Low Vit D is very scary and I am having a ton of issues right now...I was in ER twice and admitted for 8 hours to figure out why I hurt and have chest pain. Had a zillion tests and all is good which I am happy about. Monday, I am going to a Neurologist to see why my head is numb and tingling!
I started on 50,000 Vit D once a week yesterday and it already has stopped some of my pain. I just hope it lasts.
