Not much but ok. I have to say I am a bit disapointed by my last month. It is the month I have lost the less since the beginning. Also scares me to death. I lost 12,4 pounds this month. At this rate it wil be lllloooooonnnnnngggggg before I reach goal

Calculating again yeah grrrrrrr. Puts me down so much. Will talk to myself and straighten this today

Might be going on vacation to Cuba. You think alcool is a really bad thing for weight? Lololol

Hi Karine,

I'd give my left mammary to lose 12 lbs in a month.

I have been on a scary stall for a long time and I am desperate to start losing pounds again. I am eating like a bird, drinking tons of water, working out like a demon and no weight loss. BUT, i am losing a dramatic amount of inches. Every week my clothes get bigger and bigger but I am the same poundage.cool I must have lots of heavy super muscles. Somehow that is not making me very happy. I want muscles and weight loss. Ok I will stop complaining........

For meats, I have been eating only chicken and turkey. I read that due to my metabolic rate type,  I should be eating more dense proteins like beef, so I am going to switch and see if that helps. I have switched from milk to almond milk which is less calories as well.

So there is no weight loss this week....no gain either.

Just wait...it will happen..hang in there.  You know I had a stall for three weeks..I was like I guess this is it I'll be 186 forever and than bam! It happened.  I hate stalls!  It's so hard not to give up..but don't that number will change mail

Enjoy your vaca to Cuba. I'd love to go there, but of course us americans aren't allowed unless we fly out of Canada

My mom used to go with my tante because she was a German citizen. She loved it. Mojitos! Yum.....

Losing around 2lbs a week at the moment. I'd like to up that. Maybe more gym time but I just started this new position in my company so I'm working late every night for the next few weeks.

That's 5.2 pounds! How the hell did that happen! I haven't seen a loss like that in so long. Thank god! The stall was really messing with me!

Horrible eating week, didn't journal anything.  I will remain positive however because no matter what I put on my plate, when I felt full, I stopped.

Really??? I have even had a stomach bug!  I so want to see 159s again.  I know I need to keep things in perspective. I never, never, never would have thought I would be so pissed off over the last 10 lbs.  Maybe this is where I am supposed to be. I am so thankful for where I am, but I do NOT want to gain any further.  I really need to lock down what I am eating.  I have gotten a bit lax. Blah.
