BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - none 
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Wed, it is a day off for me so I am having a super happy day off

Protein coffee

protein bar

1/2 turkey swiss sandwich and a bowl of beef soup

chips

nuts

other 1/2 sandwich

yogurt

few cheese and crackers

 6 timbits - donut holes

Vites: all in

Exercites: wait for it, 50 min aquasize - 1 hour chair yoga - 30 min interval training and can I move today with out my muscles hurting *not so much*

and I work from 3pm to 11pm and ended up with a migraine and my body was exhausted, but I survived and slept really well. That was my day yesterday

Yeah, it's that day again!!  It snuck on me as it's been such busy week - yippee!! 

Last night I got up for the bathroom twice!!  The night before I didn't get up - WTH??  I guess I drank a lot.  Tonight I'll be happy if it's just the once... if my teenage self could hear what I just said, it'd shudder!!
