B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - white chicken chili
D - leftover chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - peanuts
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Bites:
protein shake

bowl of shreddies cereal

big mac, fries, and ice tea

stew and slice of bread

chocolate covered almonds

couple licrise

small bag of chips

Vites: all in

Exercites: carrying weights and bunches of clothes up two flights of stairs into the apt. Excited for Saturday official move day

Today was crazy busy and I I ended up grabbing some chocolate, sadly I didn't get a chance to have my second protein shake, so I got chocolate in another form!!

lol  It's Friday!!!  I see the UK is still the UK this morning. I thought the Scots just might make a break for it. Considering the bloody history between Scotland and England, I was almost expecting it.

The only reason I took my PJ's off at 4:30 was the bribe from hubs to go out for dinner.  LOL. 

Double protein decaf coffee

Bacon sandwich on 1 slice of pumpernickel w/ lots of mayo

12 chocolate covered almonds (I counted each one)

Double protein decaf iced coffee

a whole mess of peel and eat shrimp

3 caramels

crab cake. So big I ate 1/2, and brought other 1/2 home for my snack.

Few cheese fries

Planned: Double protein decaf iced coffee

vites: bedtime batch pending

Fluids: 90 oz by bedtime
