I ate everything in sight Friday, the list below was the plan...{sigh} MUST. GET. CONTROL. BACK.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S -
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron:

EXERCITES:
walking

Well the computers are going over today so may not be on for a few days, Happy weekend everyone

dry ribs and 1/2 of a small frozen meal

few snack foods

was not so hungry today

Yes, we keep the deep-fried-marsbar eaters - in case you don't have Mars bars in the US, they're just like snickers minus the peanuts.

This week's been crazy busy and I'm ready to do as little as possible - yippee!!

I was searching for a pic about how pooped I am and I saw this, which there have been occasions where this has been true, he he!!!

Ate 2 dinners. One at home and another at a hostess party. I love picky, snacky, finger food.

1/2 ham & Swiss cheese on pumpernickel toast w/ mayo and hot peppers

few chips

chili lime chicken kabobs

brown rice

Little hot dogs in pastry jackets

spinach dip

1 small slice of tomato pie (like pizza, w/o  the mozzarella cheese or toppings)

assorted cheese cubes & pepperoni

A chocolate chip cookie

small bowl of ice cream

Vites: all in

fluids: 90+ oz.
