30 minute walk. Yesterday paddled hard on the lake for a while. (I love kayaking!) Taking it easy for a few days because my knee's giving my some trouble. Hope everyone has a great day! ~Christy

1.5 - 2 hours of weights today. I usually start with 15 mins 8 - 9.5 mph runs and 10 mins after, but have had shin pain recently so I don't know what to warm up with. Possibly stationary bike.

How many calories are you taking in daily nate? I've been trying 2500 - 2800 a day over the last few weeks. Initially I was gaining around .2 of a lb a day, but now I'm losing again. Protein intake is 180 - 210 g a day. 6 meals a day. Goal is more muscle and faster runs over 5k.

Off weight days was a 5k+ run a day in 23 mins or better (no HIIT). Elliptical 20 mins then back to fast walking to cool down.

I dont really track calories. I make sure I get at least 350-400g of protein a day and I eat a ton of healthy fats (guessing around 100g). I am guessing I get 100g of carbs most days. Most of my carbs though are right b4 and right after weight training. My guess work above puts me around 3000 cals a day. I've learned to listen to my body though, if I'm feeling run down and beat up I will force myself to get more food in. Nothing against long runs, I will be getting back to them soon but it's just too hard to gain muscle when you do. Just so you know there is no way I could eat enough food to get to those numbers above. I drink a lot of shakes and eat a lot of quest bars. If you don't already use the quest bars try them. You have to buy them direct from them.

Thanks for the info! Did not know about quest bars and I'll give them a try.

Yeah, I think I should increase my calories closer to 3k. Takes a lot of work and planning to get that much in me with my little stomach.

15 minute swim, 600 yards and 15 minutes on the TM, 1.75m.   Dropped the bike off for shipment this morning too, of course I left my pedals at the shop (they were cool and taped them on the bike for me :) )

Andrew,
How did you ship your bike?  We want to send my husband's bike down to my son (San Jose to Orange County).  I was thinking Amtrack and my husband thinks UPS.  What way do you ship?
