I got to run 8.02 miles this morning with my wife! A great benefit of having the mother in law in town . 1:10:36. I will probably ride for a couple hours tonight.

Got up early and ran 7 miles with my father along the gulf coast in just under an hour. Now shower, breakfast and spending the day at Busch Gardens... Yay vacation!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Nothing this morning.  Still to sore from my first Half-Marathon on sunday.  MIght take the bike for an easy spin tonight.

 Started my taper for my first half...so just 3 miles this morning...getting nervous and excited...will be glad my hubby is running it with me...

 I need to rework my plan now that I did the half to start ramping up for Louisiville.  Which plan did you end up using?  I may get a coach - I had no idea that we have some major pro triathletes in my area (who also do some coaching, plus the guy who started total immersion swimming is a coach in my area.  I desperately need to improve the swim!
