Had an 11 mile run on the agenda, but could only manage 7.3. I don't think I am fully recovered from last weekend's HIM, plus had a tough training day yesterday. I had to stop every mile today, it was very frustrating, my legs just wouldn't work. I will focus on having a better tomorrow.

I finished the Vineman 70.3. Beat my estimated times on the swim and bike and beat my dream time on the run. So I am quite pleased.

Finished painting the nursery.  I think going up and down the ladder and everything else should count as some form of exercise .

I did a pretty good job painting the walls and even better job painting the carpet.
