    I Swam 3500 Meters before Spin in 1:02:35 then taught my 5:45am Spin Class. Will hopefully get in a 10 mile run tonight (time permitting) WHAT ABOUT YOU???

    First 5K October 8th 50:00  New PR 6/6 37:00  1st 10K 5/19-1:26 New PR 12/1 1:20  1st 1/2 Sept 22nd,  2nd 1/2 Dec 1 2:44!!!    First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013!!!

    Trainer workout
    30 sec work, 15 sec rest, 5 rounds
    walking squat w/ 45lb overhead press
    45lb deadlift
    burpees
    4 jump jacks / 4 star jumps
    15lb dumb bell, bent over alternating row

    Then sprints / hills on elliptical (total 12min)
    30sec sprint, 10sec rest levels 3, 5, 7 keeping speed above 200 for 3/5 and 180 for 7
    Hills - 45 sec climb, 15 sec rest - resistance 7,9,11 speeds above what trainer specified then pedal in reverse at 8,10,14 resistance and speeds according to trainer
    I paid bills on my bike today.  Rode to 2 doctor's offices.  I later paid the dentist, electric and credit card bills on the bike...Saved about $ 2.20 in stamps.  About 9 miles total... 
     I have to live vicariously through all of you guys for the next 2 weeks so keep up the good work.  I can't wait to get back in there.

    30 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes on elliptical.  Considering a little over a month ago I couldn't do 2 minutes on the elliptical, I'm happy.
            
     60 minute hard core kick boxing class.
