Can't seem to shake this hip pain.  It's not bad enough to stop, just bad enough to be annoying as hell.

 

Monday-Strength.  Mostly hip stuff

Tuesday-5 mile run

Wednesday-5 mile run

Thursday-6 mile run

Friday-More hip stuff

Saturday-9 mile trail run

Sunday-4 mile run

Yup, my knee pain is annoying as heck!  UGH.  At least it doesn't bother me with other exercises, only downhill running.  Feel better.

Monday - 60 min Zumba

Tuesday - 60 min weight class, 60 min Zumba

Wed - 75 min Zumba

Thurs - 4 mile run (my knee still hurts going downhill, seeing orthopedist tomorrow)

Fri - 60 min Zumba

Sat - 60 min step

Sun - 60 min step

need to fit in a rest day this week :-)
