Jaclyn, it's funny I posted this story for me. Never realizing how it could or would help others. I am coming on my 2nd bandaversary and sometimes I forget how far I have come. Your post reminded me of that....Thank you. We both aren't done. My mom use to say "you are only done when the Lord calls you home" I hope now that won't be for many many years.

First I am sure your Dr won't be that hard on you. You are harder on yourself. Second I find sometime something I can eat today with no trouble I can't get down tomorrow. You will have to find your riddim and rhyme. Take more time to eat. Stop at the first sigh of tightness. I know you think to yourself "Wow that can't be enough" " I need to eat more" but really it is enough that is just our Fat head talking.

Good luck at the Dr. Let us know how it goes.
