Today I hit a major milestone, I am at the century mark for weight loss just under 7 months post RNY.

While I was 288 when I registered on the OH website, at my pre-op appointment I was up to 291, so my current total from the high is 103.

So now I am thrilled to be a card carrying member of the century club and only 1.2 points away from the normal BMI range.

This journey has been awesome. Thank you to all my OH friends to the TWH and to the government of Ontario.

Congratulations! That's fantastic. I am so happy for you - you are an inspiration. I hope you will stick around to advise those of us still waiting for our surgery. Mine is only four weeks away now.
Besides, I need to learn the secrets of maintenance, too :D
