They are pretty awesome right! I crumble them on top of my salads for a "crouton" crunch, great way to sneak in Protein!!

Girl after my own heart! I drink rivers of coffee, full caffeine but use the vanilla PP as my "creamer"! I am so in love with it I swear I drink more coffee now! lol. I even have people at my work wanting to try it as it looks and smells so good!

You always have awesome menus, so jealous of your steak salads, but your deconstructed fajitas sound yummy!!

I make a broccoli soup (a la Gordon Ramsey) that is simply broccoli, the water it's cooked in, garlic, salt and pepper and I freeze them in ice cubes to use with meats of the dry variety. Helps things go down and not many calories in them :) I added beef broth last time and its really good. Almost gravy-esque!

I love running, probably my favourite form of exercise now post surgery. Keep at it Ginny! For me a good set of ear buds and my most fav play list, I lose myself in the music! Good job!

And wowzers on that wicked awesome Menu! Kicking some Protein ass! I can't wait until you tell us when your weigh in day is if you are losing, no way someone can eat that much protein and not lose! I am so beyond impressed!! You are such a strong awesome role model for a lot of the newbies here, I think you are doing an amazing job!

Good afternoon, everyone. Or is 5:49 PM evening, lol?

I am dragging today; so tired and I'm not sure why. It rained here today so no bike ride or walk. My car needs to go to the garage so I couldn't drive to the mall to walk indoors.

My stomach has been bothering me all day (since last night) and I think it was from supper yesterday...I think it was too early to eat the sausage/pepper/onion dish. My uncle made it for me and I should have frozen it for next week, when I can eat "foods for life". It's been a struggle to eat or drink anything today.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with cinnamon and splenda, apple cinnamon herbal tea with vanilla premier protein as whitener.

Lunch: 1 egg omelet with 1 slice kraft singles cheddar, 2 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp so they are easy to break into pieces.

Supper: Premier Protein, chocolate shake.

Snack: More tea with vanilla premier protein

Totals: Calories - 549, Carbs -14, Protein -67
