WOW - Just no words.....
Hi - It's Me MJ!
Well maybe I have a COUPLE of words. I am 105 days post op and I have lost 58.2 lbs since the start of OPTI. My BMI went from 41 to 32.
I just can't believe it!! My new friend Polly (my pouch) has been a God's send!! We are working together very well. She is in charge. I just do what I am supposed to do. Take my vitamins, drink my water, eat all my protein, exercise daily and she is very happy! When Polly is happy, I'm happy! All kidding aside, if you have been on the fence about WLS surgery or scared. Remember we have all been there. There is so much better out there for you. You don't have to be scared or miserable. Keep moving forward.
I know that I was posting a lot when I first started my journey, I am sorry I haven't bee doing so lately. This site was my daily life line when I got out of the hospital. I am LIVING LIFE now. I got to "Onederland" on Sunday - HUGE for me I went from 255 to 198.4. NOTHING tastes better than SUCCESS.
