Wow thank you so much jeny for the links. I'm now 8 weeks out and had the laproscopic gastric bypass rny. I have been confused as to what it is I am allowed to eat and how to make it. This is a huge help!!

I just started saving all the links when people would mention them.  I have found some really good recipes on them.  I am almost to soft food stage (some on Wed, this pureed is for the birds)  Good luck wit your journey and happy to help.
