I got this recipe when I went to my last support group.
1 cup lowfat, or fat free cottage cheese ( small curd)
1 small package (use dry )  strawberry sf jello
Mix together with cottage cheese

Mix in one 8 oz. container cool whip, either sugar free or fat free.

then mix 1 cup of diced or crushed pineapple ( in its own juice or water, drained)

Can be used for lunch or snack.   soooo good!

I dont like pineapple so I have used 1 cup diced peaches in water ( drained) and orange sf jello.  was very tasty.  Hope you all like it!

Not a fan of cottage cheese, but this might taste good.

I've never had that one but one lady brought in cottage cheese that she blended to break the curds and mixed in some vanilla pudding mix and a few orange drink sticks and it tasted like an orange creamsicle.

I eat this everyday except I skip the cool whip.  I may have to try adding that.  I have learned through trial and error how much jello to add because some flavors are stronger than  others.
