Thursday Workouts
Planned rest day for me...I ran the last three days, two outside and my hips are soooore. Yesterdays run was great! 1.8 miles in 23 minutes, so just about my typical pace. Its crazy though that 8 weeks ago I couldnt run for 30 seconds! Big nsv for me, I ran with my bff who has always been fit/active! I told her not to slow down for me but we paced together the whole way and it was awesome!
I may go for a walk on my lunch break.

I was supposed to swim 3000m this morning but my shoulder was all kinda sore last night so I taped it and took a rest. I'll get some run in today and maybe some bike after work so I will update then.
