I maybe crazy lol or whatever lol But My first nvs was tonight stepping out of the shower and just having a regular size towel on the towel bar. Sure thought I was gonna have to make a mad dash past my sons room and race to the end of the hall to my room since I had forgotten my clothes on the bed . I was shocked when the towel actually wrapped all the way around me! 1more pound to 1st goal weight loss of 45 pounds .

I really think it is the NSV that dive us more than the numbers. Mostly because they are so unexpected.
