NSV-plank and the gym told me my clothes were too big!

Hi Gang.

HOw are you!

I am loving life so much right now. Yoga and body pump have really paid off big time. I have tried for 2 years and 4 months (twice a week in taebo) to do a plank. Never could. Yesterday, in yoga she told us to do a plank and dolphin pose (i.e. a plank on your elbows) and I COULD DO IT FOR THE FULL 15 SECONDS!!!

I was so stoked that when I got home, I showed my fiancee.  I also showed a secretary around here too!

And then this morning, I got up and planked again (I had to make sure it wasn't a ONE TIME ONLY-deal from GOD).

Then today at the gym, the gym manager remarked that i need new gym clothes. That my shirt and pants are too big!  THey are from catherines and are a size 0X.

This means I can go to TJ max and get something smaller.  Like wow!

I wonder what size I will get.

I think you might be pleasantly surprised with the size you are now. I still have a hard time judging whether clothes will fit me. Keep up that hard work and you will continue to be successful. Congratulations!
