Good morning! Yes AV, sometimes I feel huge and bloated and think the WLS has been for naught, then the next day at EXACTLY the same weight, I feel slender and full of energy and know I did the right thing. Now I just enjoy the good days as they happen, and on the bad days try to shrug it off and move on.  :)

QOTD:  I take 2 centrum multis, 1200 d3, 1500 magnesium, 1200 calcium citrate, and 5000 mcg B12 (3 x a week). I sometimes miss one of the middle of the day calciums, so am considering the patch for calcium. Not too sure about a patch, though, because I'm allergic to adhesives.

B: chicken breast with honey mustard

L: last of the roast beast

D: ham

S: chicken nibblers, cheese sticks

Countdown to the long weekend!

A)  I am LOLing @ roast beast and B) what exactly are 'chicken nibblers'.  I see that on your menu all the time and I have no idea what they are.

You really read the posts closely - i wondered if anyone would catch roast beast!

Chicken nibblers are like pepperettes - a fully-cooked sausage-like snack - made with chicken and spices. They're 50 calories each and have just enough spice to make them interesting. Turkey bites are more or less the same thing, but you can get them in regular mild spice or medium spice. Great snacks to pack when traveling, and way tastier than cheese sticks.  :)

I don't know what a pepperette is either.  LOL  Maybe it's a Canada thing...
