Morning! Happy Halloween! I am working form home today. Yay!

QOTD: Here are a few recent ones:

3.) Last year my co-worker and I both dressed up as Alice in Wonderland which was a funny inside joke at work. Who wore it best?

Accountability: I am totally back on track again, thank God. Head is back in the game, and I haven't had a "cheat" in over a week. I also started back to 1/2 marathon training because my achilles is finally healed :)

BOO!

Good morning! My menu:

B: 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers mixed with 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, mixed with 1/3 can tuna, salt and pepper, and I'm picking away at that for a half hour or so.

MS/AS: Oikos chocolate yogurt. It's kinda weird, but kinda good. I prefer the salted caramel.

L: My wife made chili last night. So it'll be a musical afternoon. LOL

S: Chili again (probably). Last night we had surprise tacos (my 7 year old LOVES them). I had 2 shells, but kept the rest of the meal protein-focused and it was a nice treat before my evening of drum lessons, drum refinishing in a frozen garage, and household chores. By the time 11:30 rolled around I was bushed. Got a solid 6 hours sleep though.

QOTD: I used to make it a point to dress up for Halloween, particularly when I was a pizza driver. I went as the grim reaper, complete with black cloak, convincing makeup and sickle. I had creepy music blaring from the overpowered car stereo all night, and made KILLER tips that night. I delivered a late pizza and a 4 yr old was still awake, and answered the door. I made a little girl cry at the sight of my costume (her father assured me it was OK and loved my costume) and it absolutely crushed me, so I toned it down after that.

One Halloween show with an old band I was in I had 3 costumes, one for each set. I had a gorilla suit, which for a drummer was a sweat-fest, but hilarious to see. Then I was Ringo Starr, then King Kong Bundy, bald cap, singlet and all. Truly a great evening, if not a little cold.

LOL

Accountability: Today and tonight I WILL STAY AWAY FROM ALL TREATS. Did it last year, will do it again.

Good morning everyone. I'm dressed up as a witch this morning, but at least not feeling like one. We'll see how the day goes!

Qotd: I once dressed up as a 20s flapper and went to a party where there ended up being a shooting and we all had to evacuate with our hands up. Oh, to be 17 again.

I'm trying to see if I'll continue to lose at 900-1000 calories a day. I'm not sure of my weight goal anymore. Originally it was 150, but 169 is in the Normal range for my BMI and I hit 168 before. I was in a size 10 and people started telling me I was too skinny. So for now, I guess I'll shoot for 165.
