I know, it's hard to believe that's you in those before pictures, Kelly! I love that one of you in the giant jeans!

Good morning,

I slept good last night even with a nap. I feel better today.

Accountability I didn't eat my Apple and I didn't make the pudding so for couldn't eat. My stomach wasn' feeling good yesterday.

QOTD when I see my jeans, I think they're not going to fit because I'm not that small. But most of the time I see myself as smaller.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna. Cottage cheese and honeycrisp Apple

D keto lasagna

Have a good day

Hello Everyone

I?m on my way to Tulsa to see my sons performance of Cinderella with the Tulsa Ballet. Very excited to have a weekend away!

Accountability: no bad. I had a few bits of a loaf of bread my husband made and I realized it wasn?t all that great and stopped mys,Sf but I do need to get out of the habit of ?tasting? things. I see danger in that ahead if I keep that up so I?m trying to work on it.

QOTD: I definitely see myself as the 250lb person I was and I still surprise myself when I see a shadow or look in a store front window and wonder who that is. When I look in the mirror I still see an obese person but I also see a thin one.... kind of odd.

I left for the airport at 3:45 am and I have no idea what food I?ll be having today but I brought protein hot chocolate amd prosciutto so I know I?ll at ,east have that. I was hungery when I got to the airport and didn?t want to eat that early but I grabbed a breakfast bowl with bacon and eggs which I?m hoping will help me stay on track today. Protein forward for the win!

first of all WOW- everyone looks so great!

I am only 1 month post op so my before and after pics really dont look much different... I had my husband take pics of me before surgery and again last week in the same clothes (I want to do it every month for comparison), but I see very little difference in them. The outfit I was wearing was leggings and a form fitting tank top so I am still pretty self conscious about sharing them but I will anyway.
I did put on a pair of pants this morning that I was crossing my fingers while putting on and they FIT so there is obviously a difference but visually not really.

QOTD: again, I am only 1 month post op so I can't really answer this question yet, but I do feel like I will probably always feel like a fat person since I have literally always been one...since I was age 6 or so. I was a size 13/14 women's in 6th grade and had to buy my 8th grade dance/graduation dress at an old lady store. (this was before Lane Bryant and Torrid were available for younger women).
I have lost significant amount of weight in the past (still was obese but got down to size 16/18) and felt like I looked great though, so who knows.

B: Egg salad w/olive oil mayo and dijon
MS: Peaches and cream Premier protein shake
L: chicken salad made with cottage cheese
AS: baby bel cheese
D: not sure, my husband is off today so he will cook something. I will probably just eat the meat.

I can tell a difference! And definitely take pics every month. I did. Not only is it a great way to track your progress and see how you looked at different weights, but when you compare pics that are 4 or 6 or 8 months apart, you will be shocked at the difference!
