How many calories are you eating???
I'm about to start my semi-regular diet after being on soft foods for 2 weeks and was just wondering how many calories people are consuming each day. I will have an appointment with my NUT in the next couple of weeks, but I was just wondering how many calories people are eating. If you count carbs, how many do you try to stick with each day?

3-5 weeks out - i was eating 500-600 calories.
Now, I'm almost 8 weeks out, I eat between 700-900 calories (closer to 900 when I work out)
My carbs are usually around 40-50, the most is usually 60 (again when I work out)

At 2-4 weeks out, I was lucky if I hit 500 calories. Now at 6 weeks out, I'm at about 600 calories. I'm starting to exercise more so I'd like to up my calories a bit but I can't fit much more in my sleeve!
