Getting Back on Track
Hi Guys,
Have not been on here really in about two months because life has been crazy...alot of stress. My weightloss the last two months have shown the effort I have put in to my sleeve....hardly any. I have lost about 5 pounds in the last three weeks but I definately have lost inches. I don't know if I have gone down in size because I still have my big old pants on me that are super baggy.
I will be 40 on May 31st 2012 and I will be FAB AT 40 NOT FAT at 40. I have gotten back on track and have really watched what I have been eating and cut out the carbs to 40/45 a day. I have been averaging 1 hours of exercise a day...50 minute walk and 15 minutes on my recumbdant bike. I am going to get back on these boards because I need to be accoutable for myself. We are leaving June 20 for 5 weeks in the Caribbean to see family and I want to weigh less then 170. I would love to weigh 150/155. If I average 10 pounds a month in the next 8 months I will get to the 170. I do not want to make my goal outta reach! Anything more then that is a bonus!

You got this - you can totally do it. Just make a plan and stick to it and 10lbs/month is reasonable.
