I am so thirsty!  I was sleeved on November 17th (2.5 weeks ago) and just can't get enough to drink.  The problem is that I want to drink more than 2-3 ounces at a time, but can the sleeve hold that??  I know that the sleeve can only hold that much solid food, but what about liquids??

Liquids do not stay in your stomach - they flow right through. Don't drin****il you are uncomfortable, bu****er/fluid/liquids won't hurt you. They stay in your tummy for just a minute. I can now drink water pretty quickly. I can't completely all out chug it like I used to, but I can drink a 16 oz bottle in about 10 minutes.

Yep, what Candy said.  In fact, I was drinking coffee tonight and I could feel it go right through my stomach and into my small intestine.  The warmth was easy for me to follow.  Sort of weird that I could feel this happening, but literally it only took 5 seconds from my mouth to my small intestine.

So keep drinking!

Yes,drink as long as you are comfortable. When you have drank a little too much you will feel a very momentary restriction but it passes quickly since your sleeve empties almost as soon as you put fluids in it.

i can drink 5-6 good chugs at a time now at 22 months out. I could drink pretty well as early as two weeks out.

So,drink  and enjoy!

Oh yeah, the other weird thing is that I LOVE water, but when I drink it now, it makes my sleeve sing and make noises and it bugs me. I basically use 1/2 crystal light or propel or true lemon lemonade or whatever in each bottle and my sleeve doesn't sing.

I realize this sounds insane. LOL.

And I like my cold cold cold too. Warm ones = singing sleeve.

Everybody is right.  You can't damage your sleeve with liquid.  Drink to your hearts desire as long as you are not feeling any discomfort.  If you do feel uncomfortable, stop or at least slow way down.
